RE: DECLARE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS AND SELLING SAME TO STRATICOMM, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, State statute and the Weld County Administrative Manual require
that all items disposed of be declared surplus by the Board of County
Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Request for Quotation from
Straticomm, Inc. , and
WHEREAS, the County has determined that certain equipment, described as the
Dimension 2000 telephone system, being more fully described in said request, is
no longer required for County use, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request to sell said equipment
for and in consideration of the sum of $1,250.00, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to declare said equipment as surplus
and approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that said described equipment be, and hereby is, declared as
surplus.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Request for Quotation from
Straticomm, Inc. , in the amount of $1,250.00 be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of June, A.D. , 1993.

The undersigned bidder hereby offers to provide the goods atdlor
services designated in the attached proposal at the price in said proposal,
in the quantity and quality quoted in said proposal, and for the term
designated in said proposal if said proposal is accepted by the Wald County
Board of Commissioners and the bid is awarded to the undersigned bidder. The
undersigned further understands and agrees that the price quoted for each
item of goods and for services is the total price to the Weld County
government and that all additional costs, including but not limited to
freight, postage. handling, federal, state or local taxes shall be borne by
the undersigned.
The undersigned further agrees to keep this proposal open for a period
of 30 days after the bid opening date A:T.18th, 1993 . The undersigned
bidder further understands that upon acceptance of the attached proposal by
the Weld County Board of commissioners, the proposal shall become a contract
between the bidder and the Weld County government and that said contract
shall be enforceable at law; and further that should Weld County need to
enforce such contract by cammr.ncing a legal action, Weld County shall be
entitled to reimbursement of its attorney fees. r
