Jenkins 5220 WCR 20 Longmont, CO 80504 Dear Mr. Jenkins: This letter is in reference to our telephone conversation earlier today in which I said I would send copies of your previous application, as well as a new application to you for use in filing for "Extended Hours" on your current liquor license. It would be superfluous to send those to you at this time. In checking your file, I find that your present license expires at midnight on March 25, 1992. Therefore, it would be appropriate to add "Extended Hours" to your license during the renewal process. You should have received a renewal application from the State Department of Revenue approximately 90 days prior to your expiration date. If you have not received them, I urge you to contact the Department of Revenue as soon as possible, in order for the renewal to be processed prior to the expiration of your current license. If you have received the renewal form from the State, all you need to do is send the completed form to us, along with the proper checks. The State renewal form will indicate the amount to be made payable to the Colorado Department of Revenue. The proper amount for the County would be $98.75 for renewal of the existing license. In order to add "Extended Hours" check the box at the bottom of the State form, and increase the amount to be paid to the State by $170.00 and increase the amount to be paid to the County by $30.00. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call either myself or Shelly Miller, at 356-4000, Ext. 4226. Very truly yours, Carol rding Office Manager Hello
