TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
On the 23rd day of March, 1992, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, did approve the renewal request of Albert J. Jenkins,
Sr. , dba One-Nineteen Restaurant and Lounge, for a Hotel and Restaurant
Liquor License, with extended hours. The previous license will expire on
March 25, 1992; therefore, the Board did formally waive the 45-day time
limit, said waiver being effective as of March 25, 1992. The required
documents have been submitted to the State Department of Revenue for its
approval. Until notification has been received from the State advising
whether this renewal request has been approved or disapproved, the Board
hereby authorizes the continued sale of Malt, Vinous, and Spirituous
Liquor at this establishment which is located at 3815 Highway 119,
Longmont, Colorado.

Dear Mr. Jenkins:
This letter is in reference to our telephone conversation earlier today in
which I said I would send copies of your previous application, as well as
a new application to you for use in filing for "Extended Hours" on your
current liquor license. It would be superfluous to send those to you at
this time. In checking your file, I find that your present license
expires at midnight on March 25, 1992. Therefore, it would be appropriate
to add "Extended Hours" to your license during the renewal process.
You should have received a renewal application from the State Department
of Revenue approximately 90 days prior to your expiration date. If you
have not received them, I urge you to contact the Department of Revenue as
soon as possible, in order for the renewal to be processed prior to the
expiration of your current license.
If you have received the renewal form from the State, all you need to do
is send the completed form to us, along with the proper checks. The State
renewal form will indicate the amount to be made payable to the Colorado
Department of Revenue. The proper amount for the County would be $98.75
for renewal of the existing license. In order to add "Extended Hours"
check the box at the bottom of the State form, and increase the amount to
be paid to the State by $170.00 and increase the amount to be paid to the
County by $30.00.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call either myself or
Shelly Miller, at 356-4000, Ext. 4226.
Very truly yours,
Carol rding
