Dear Commissioners :
The reason for the resubdivision is to eliminate the
present approved nine building sites and create two
6 acre parcels . Lot 1, which presently has a home on
it , will be approximately six acres versus the present
1. 4 acres . Lot 2 will be approximately six acres in
size as well . The land is not desirable as presently
platted and by creating only two lots it will be to
everyones ' advantage .
Water, electric , and telephone are presently being
serviced via 71st Avenue and could easily service another
home . No development , including utilities , has occured
thus far with this land.
Dr. Gary Wiedeman, the present owner of Lot 1, will
purchase the entire parcel upon approval of the Resub-
division of Bird Subdivision.
Sincerely,
re ,
