RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION AND RELEASE OF SUBDIVISION BOND IN AMOUNT OF
$23,590.00 FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN RIVER VIEW SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
o . pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is
CD U vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County,
Colorado, and

U WHEREAS, the Board did, by Resolution dated December 12, 1977,
Ca approve and accept a Subdivision Bond from Thomas J. Cowan, concerning
0 W property located at 35th Avenue and Weld County Road 64, also known as
River View Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado, and

a WHEREAS, said Subdivision Bond with The Continental Insurance
o Company in the amount of $23,590.00 was submitted to Weld County, and

m Z WHEREAS, Drew Scheltinga, Weld County Engineer, has conducted a

w visual inspection and recommends release of said collateral.

W NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
cv .a of Weld County, Colorado, that the Subdivision Bond in the amount of
m U $23,590.00 with Thomas J. Cowan, principal, and The Continental Insurance
�n z Company, as surety, concerning certain improvements for the Riverview
HSubdivision be, and hereby is, canceled and released.
