RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MOBILE HOME PERMITS #1896, #1897, AND #1898 -
HIRSCH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the
9th day of March, 1994, considered the request of Jacob and Terry Hirsch, 2817
East County Road 30, Fort Collins, Colorado 80525, for each of three
applications for more than one Mobile Home as Accessory to a Farm, and
WHEREAS, said mobile homes are to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone
District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
Part of the SW* and SI NW* of Section 24, Township 7
North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on March 9, 1994, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week to allow the
applicant adequate time to post proper signs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to March 16,
1994, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of March, A.D. , 1994.
