HomeMy WebLinkAbout930905.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1853 - GALLEGOS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 8th day of September, 1993, considered the request of Betty Gallegos for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 19 and the Ef of Lot 20, Block 6, East Eaton, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall obtain a building permit for the mobile home prior to locating the mobile home on the property. 2. A septic permit shall be obtained from the Weld County Health Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. 3. Prior to the issuance of a certificate of final inspection for the mobile home, the owner shall submit evidence that a water tap has been installed that supplies water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use. 4. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with conditions 1, 2, and 3 above. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Betty Gallegos for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the hereinabove listed conditions. This meeting will take place in the County Commissioners' Hearing Room, first floor, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado. It is recommended that you or a representative be in attendance to answer any questions the Board of County Commissioners might have with respect to your application. It is the responsibility of an applicant to see that a sign is posted on the property under consideration at least 10 days preceding the hearing date. Sometime prior to August 25, 1993, you or a representative should call me to obtain a sign to be posted on the site no later than August 27, 1993.
