RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT WITH THE. COLORADO
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - WCR 392
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Supplemental Contract with the
Colorado Department of Transportation, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on July 11, 1994, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter two weeks to allow
Engineering staff adequate time to make appropriate changes to said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to July 25, 1994,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of July, •A.D. , 1994.
