RE: C Plus of Colorado, Inc. , Liquor License #03-46289-024/2122
The above listed liquor license renewal application was submitted to the
Weld County Board of Commissioners and approved in error. The business
location was found to be within the Mead, Colorado town limits; therefore,
the renewal application should be submitted to the appropriate town agency
for approval.
The renewal application and explanatory letter requesting reissue were
forwarded to the Liquor Enforcement Division of the Colorado Department of
Revenue. Enclosed are the two checks received in this office with the
renewal application (#47703 and #47730) .
