RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF THOMAS RULON TO WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Planning Commission,
due to the resignation of Jerry Kiefer, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Thomas Rulon be appointed to the
Placement Alternatives Commission, to represent District 3, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Thomas Rulon to said
Commission, with his term to expire July 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Thomas Rulon be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Planning Commission, with his term to expire July 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of October, A.D. , 1991.

Please add the following appointment to the Commissioners' Wednesday, October 23,
1991, agenda:
Weld County Planning Commission
Thomas Rulon will be appointed to represent Distict 3. He replaces Jerry Kiefer
who resigned at the end of his first term. Mr. Rulon's term will expire July 31,
1994.
