Dear Mr. Gordon,
As per our agreement with Weld County, we would like to request
your approval to proceed with the start-up of EMS-2 as defined in
the operations plan for effluent management submitted by National
Hog Farms, Inc. on November of 1989. This would also include the
start-up of screening station #3 immediately and the start-up of
screening station #4 (approx. 7/1/90) .
We have also completed the 8 additional monitoring wells and the
eight compliance wells as requested by Weld County in our
agreement. These wells are ready to be monitored by the Weld
County Health Department.
We would like to also request your final approval of Phase II and
Phase III as per your letter dated September 27, 1989. We have
finalized the agreement with Weld County.
