RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado -statute and the Weld County Home -Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Board of Adjustment,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that John Windsor be appointed as the
District 2 representative to said board, with a term to expire December 31, 1994,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Michael Thomas be appointed as the
District 3 representative to said board, with a term to expire December 31, 1995,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advis-able to appoint John Windsor and Michael
Thomas to said board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that John Windsor be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of
Adjustment, with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Michael Thomas be, and hereby is,
appointed to the Board of Adjustment, with his term to expire December 31, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of December, A.D. , 1992.

Please add the following to the board's Wednesday, December 30, 1992, agenda:
Weld County Board of Adjustment
David Woronoff will be replaced as the District 2 representative. John Windsor,
an associate member, will be reassigned to replace Mr. Woronoff. His term will
expire 12/31/94.
Ed Dolan has served the maximum length of time as the District 3 representative.
Michael Thomas, an associate member, will be reassigned to replace Mr. Dolan.
His term will expire 12/31/95.
