WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , at the Board of Equalization hearing conducted on
August 3 , 1990 , the Assessor presented to the Board a written
Stipulation from Power Car Wash Investors Ltd. II, by its agent
William D. Burding, Attorney with Berenbaum & Weinshienk, P.C. ,
and
WHEREAS, said Stipulation stated that the actual value
represented the value of the Land as being $196, 242 , and the value
of the Improvements as being $548 ,383 , and
WHEREAS, at the Board meeting of August 20 , 1990 , the Board
was advised that said Stipulation should have represented the
value of the Land as being $196 ,242 , and the value of the
Improvements as being $542 ,383 , making the total value $738 ,625,
as indicated in the submitted Corrected Stipulation, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to rescind the
Resolution of August 3 , 1990 , concerning Power Car Wash Ltd. II ,
and
WHEREAS, the Board further deems it advisable to change the
value of the Improvements which were stated in the Resolution of
August 3 , 1990 , pursuant to the Corrected Stipulation submitted by
the agent of the petitioner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Resolution dated
August 3 , 1990 , and concerning Power Car Wash Lt. II, be, and
hereby is, rescinded.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board accepts the value of
the Improvements as stated in the Corrected Stipulation concerning
Power Car Wash Investors Ltd. II.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
August, A.D. , 1990 .
