II, by its agent William D. Burding, Attorney with Berenbaum & Weinshienk, P.C. , and WHEREAS, said Stipulation stated that the actual value represented the value of the Land as being $196, 242 , and the value of the Improvements as being $548 ,383 , and WHEREAS, at the Board meeting of August 20 , 1990 , the Board was advised that said Stipulation should have represented the value of the Land as being $196 ,242 , and the value of the Improvements as being $542 ,383 , making the total value $738 ,625, as indicated in the submitted Corrected Stipulation, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to rescind the Resolution of August 3 , 1990 , concerning Power Car Wash Ltd. II , and WHEREAS, the Board further deems it advisable to change the value of the Improvements which were stated in the Resolution of August 3 , 1990 , pursuant to the Corrected Stipulation submitted by the agent of the petitioner. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Resolution dated August 3 , 1990 , and concerning Power Car Wash Lt.
