RE: APPLICATION FOR 3.22 BEER LICENSE - DONALD VEDEN, DBA THE LITTLE
STORE
A public hearing was conducted on January 15, 1992, at 10:00 A.M., with
the following present:
Commissioner George Kennedy, Chairman
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert, Pro-Tem
Commissioner C. W. Kirby
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy
Commissioner W. H. Webster
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Shelly Miller
Assistant County Attorney, Bruce Barker
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice duly published January 3, 1992,
in The New News, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of
Donald Veden, dba The Little Store, for a 3.2% Beer License for
consumption off the premises only. Bruce Barker, Assistant County
Attorney, made this a matter of record. The applicant was not present or
represented. Commissioner Lacy said the required sign was not posted and
moved to continue said matter to January 29. 1992, at 10:00 a.m. The
motion was seconded by Commissioner Webster, and carried unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 20th day of January, 1992.
