RE: DELAY PUBLICATION OF SALE OF TAX CERTIFICATE - PIN R3564286
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant
to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the
authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on March 13, 1991, the Board did authorize the Clerk to the Board to
publish a notice on the sale of a Tax Certificate on the improvements only for part
of Lot 6, part of the NE/4 SE/4 Section 17, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the
6th P.M. (Southeast Greeley Annex ail) , and
WHEREAS, the County Attorney has advised the Board that the details of the sale
are being negotiated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the aforementioned Resolution dated March 13, 1991 be, and
hereby is amended to direct the Clerk to the Board to publish notice of the sale of
Tax Certificate for PIN #123564286 at such time as the County Attorney completes
negotiations.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of March, A.D. , 1991.
