RE: RESCIND PARTIAL APPROVAL OF TAX ABATEMENT PETITION FROM JOHN AND DOROTHY
HOYMAN AND REFER TO ASSESSOR'S OFFICE FOR CORRECTION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on August 9, 1993, the Board did grant partial approval of a Tax
Abatement Petition from John and Dorothy Hoyman, adjusting the value to $417, 730,
and
WHEREAS, the request for abatement was processed for the tax year 1993,
before any taxes were levied for 1993, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to rescind the partial approval
granted on August 9, 1993, and refer said matter to the Assessor's Office for
correction within the tax year of 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the partial approval of the Tax Abatement Petition from
John and Dorothy Hoyman be, and hereby is, rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that said petition be, and hereby is,
referred to the Assessor's Office for correction.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of August, A.D. , 1993.
