RE: APPROVE QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM BERNICE E. , MARY ALICE, AND VIRGINIA M.
LINDBLAD AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN - SWk, 525, T7N, R67W
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quit Claim Deed to the County
of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, on behalf of the Public Works Department, from Bernice E. , Mary
Alice, and Virginia M. Lindblad, for property described in said deed, with terms
and conditions being as stated in said deed, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said deed,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Quit Claim Deed to the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on
behalf of the Public Works Department, from Bernice E. , Mary Alice, and Virginia
M. Lindblad be, and hereby is, accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of August, A.D. , 1994.

LINDBLAD and MARY ALICE LINDBLAD - as o an undivided 1/2 interest and VIRGINIA M.
LINDBLAD as to an undivided 1/2 interest whose address is 11509 WCR 76, Windsor, Colorado
80550, hereinafter called GRANTOR, whether one or more, and Weld County, whose address is
P.O. Box 758, Greeley, Colorado 80632, hereinafter called COUNTY.
WITNESSETH, That the GRANTOR for in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED AND
NO/100 DOLLARS ($100.00)and other valuable consideration,to GRANTOR in hand
paid by the COUNTY, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, does remise,
release, sell,convey and QUITCLAIM unto the COUNTY,forever, all the right,title,interest, claim
and demand which the GRANTOR has in and to the following described lot or parcel of land situate,

THENCE N00°08'20"W along a line being 30.00 feet easterly of and parallel with
the westerly line of said Southwest Quarter of Section 25 a distance of 30.00 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING;
