RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE RELEASE OF COLLATERAL - WINDSOR SHORES, INC. , CIO LARRY B. ECKEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated November 4, 1991, the Board approved an
improvements agreement to comply with the requirements of a Site Specific
Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a private recreational facility
(boating and camping) in the Agricultural Zone District issued to Windsor Shores,
Inc. , c/o Larry B. Eckel, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated September 23, 1992, the Board did release all
collateral previously held in this matter, and accepted Certificate of Deposit
#39919 drawn on the First National Bank of Longmont, Longmont, Colorado, in the
amount of $700.00, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Planning Services has determined completion of
the landscaping in accordance with said improvements agreement and recommends
release of all collateral held to secure said agreement, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to release said
Certificate of Deposit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Certificate of Deposit #39919 drawn on the First National
Bank of Longmont, Longmont, Colorado, in the amount of $700.00, be, and hereby
is, released.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and
hereby is, directed to return the abovementioned Certificate of Deposit to
Windsor Shores, Inc. , c/o Larry B. Eckel.

Subject:
The Department of Planning Services has determined completion of the landscaping
improvements in accordance with the Improvements Agreement according to the
policy regarding collateral for improvements dated the 4th day of November, 1991
regarding Windsor Shores, Inc. , c/o Larry Eckel. The Department of Planning
Services recommends release of all of the collateral held to secure the agreement
as a result of inspections conducted by the Department of Planning Services. The
amount recommended to be released is $700.00.
