HomeMy WebLinkAbout930493.tiff C RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #1503 - CHASE AND BAXTER INVESTMENTS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request for Recorded Exemption No. 1503, which was submitted by Chase and Baxter Investments for property which is located in part of the E}SE} of Section 21, Township 4 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described in the plat which shall be provided by the applicant and known as Exhibit "A", said plat to be recorded, and WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on June 2, 1993, at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to July 7, 1993, to allow the representative for the applicant to be present. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to July 7, 1993, at 9:00 a.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of June, A.D. , 1993.
