RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY HUMAN
RESOURCES COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Human
Resources Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been been recommended that Jerry Diggins be
appointed to replace Janie Webster as the Head Start Parent Policy
Council representative on said Committee, with his term to expire
December 31 , 1993, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gladys Bolander, League
of Women Voters representative, and Peter Reum, Centennial
Developmental Services, Inc. , representative, be reappointed to
said Committee , with their terms to expire December 31 , 1993 , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jerry
Diggins , and reappoint Gladys Bolander and Peter Reum to said
Committee, with their terms to expire December 31, 1993 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Jerry Diggins be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Human Resources Committee,
with his term to expire December 31 , 1993 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Gladys Bolander and
Peter Reum be reappointed to said Committee , with their terms to
expire December 31 , 1993 .

and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
