Enclosed are the four petitions diseussed in ■y original Apr 29 fat[ dbd your
subsequent Apr 29th letter. Attached are copies of the envelopes redeiVed item
the county--the first one (postmarked April 26th) contained copies of she
abatement forms themselves (with the denial typed on the back page): the second
envelope (postmarked Hay 1st) contained copies of the cover letter announding
their decision and our rights to further appeal. Therefore, it is 4y belief
that our appeal time frame began on April 26th.
I realize that further documentation supporting out case is required, and
that will be submitted within the time guidelines specified in the instrUdti0ft®,
once a hearing date has been established.
It is requested, both for my sake and that of Weld County, that these four
hearings be scheduled consecutively. Thank you.
