RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING THREE TAX ABATEMENT PETITIONS - ST. VRAIN LTD. ,
C/0 RICHARD DOMENICO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with three Tax Abatement Petitions
from St. Vrain Ltd. , c/o Richard Domenico, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on October 7, 1991, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week to allow
County staff adequate time to audit figures from Western Paving concerning gravel
being removed over the last ten years, and
WHEREAS, at the hearing on October 14, 1991, the Board deemed it advisable
to continue said matter to October 23, 1991, to allow staff time to properly
reconcile the figures concerning amounts of gravel mined, stockpiled, and sold
each year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter will be reconsidered by the Board on October
23, 1991, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of October, A.D. , 1991.
