RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF LYNN FAGERBERG AND RAY VELASQUEZ TO TEMPORARY
HOMELESS/HOUSING ADVISORY TASK FORCE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated June 8, 1992, the Board did appoint a
Temporary Homeless/Housing Advisory Task Force, with an agriculture and private
sector member to be appointed at a later date, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Lynn Fagerberg, agriculture
representative, and Ray Velasquez, private sector representative, be appointed
to said task force, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Lynn Fagerberg and Ray
Velasquez to said task force, with said task force being appointed until December
31, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Lynn Fagerberg and Ray Velasquez be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Temporary Homeless/Housing Advisory Task Force, with said task
force being appointed until December 31, 1993.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of June, A.D. , 1992.
