RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF STAN BOYES TO ISLAND GROVE PARK ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Island Grove Park Advisory
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Stan Boyes be appointed to replace
William Nygren as a county representative, with a term to expire March 1, 1994,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Stan Boyes to said board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Stan Boyes be, and hereby is, appointed to the Island
Grove Park Advisory Board, with his term to expire March 1, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of May, A.D. , 1992.
