RE: AUTHORIZE SALE OF SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGE BONDS SERIES 1981A
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board is requesting, by letter dated October 14, 1991, Mike
Hoffman, Corporate Trust Department of Central Bank, Denver, Colorado, per
Section 301 of the Trust Indenture for Weld County Single Family Mortgage Bonds
Series 1981A, to act as Weld County's agent in selling off the mortgages as
permitted by the indenture, and
WHEREAS, any net proceeds will be to the benefit of Weld County, as stated
in said letter, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to authorize said sale,
a copy of said letter being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the sale of Single Family Mortgage Bonds Series 1981A by
Mike Hoffman be, and hereby is, authorized.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of October, A.D. , 1991.

As discussed with Don Warden, Director of Finance and Administration on
October 10, 1991, per Section 301 of the Trust Indenture for Weld County
Single Family Mortgage Bonds Series 1981A, please act as Weld County's
agent in selling off the mortgages as permitted by the indenture. As we
understand any net proceeds will be to the benefit of Weld County.
