Home My WebLink About901099.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER REQUEST FOR SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND AMENDED SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT - CONOCO PIPELINE COMPANY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 31st day of October, 1990 , at the hour of 10 :00 a.m. , in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of considering the request of Conoco Pipeline Company for a Site Specific Development Plan and Amended Special Review Permit for an oil and gas storage facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, and WHEREAS , the Board was advised that there was an error in the legal description of the Notice published in the County' s legal newspaper, the New News , and WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said hearing to November 7 , 1990 , at 10 :00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to consider the request of Conoco Pipeline Company for a Site Specific Development Plan and Amended Special Review Permit be, and hereby is, continued to November 7 , 1990, at 10 :00 a.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 31st day of October, A.D. , 1990. Brantner, Chairman Commissioner George Kennedy, Pro-Tem Commissioner Constance L. Harbert Commissioner C.W. Kirby Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Shelly Miller Assistant County Attorney, Bruce Barker Planning Department representative, Lanell Curry The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 26, 1990, and duly published October 18, 1990, in The New News, a public hearing was conducted to consider a Site Specific Development Plan and Amended Special Review Permit for an oil and gas storage facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District requested by Conoco Pipeline Company. Bruce Barker, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record. Lanell Curry, Planning Department representative, recommended that, due to an error in the legal description of the Notice published in the County's legal newspaper, the New News, this matter be continued to November 7, 1990. There was no public testimony offered concerning this request. Commissioner Kirby moved to continue this request for a Site Specific Development Plan and Amended Special Review Permit for an oil and gas storage facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District to Wednesday, November 7, 1990, at 10:00 a.m. Commissioner Harbert seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously.
