TO VACATE AND ABANDON COUNTY ROAD #S'/s
(freeholders)
WHEREAS, a petition, signed by the two owners adjoining the county
road between Sections 7 and 18, in Township 3 North, Range 65 West, of the 6th
P.M. Weld County, Colorado, requesting that the said road be vacated and closed,
has been presented to this Board, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the necessities of the public no longer require
a county road between Section 7 and 18.
t-- - NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered that that portion of
the county road #S7, 2000 feet, more or less, in length which dead ends at the
farm buildings West from the east boundary line between Section 7 and 18, Township
3 North, Range 65 West, of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, be and hereby is
vacated, abandoned and closed. Reference is hereby made to the records of the
Weld County Recorder, Recorded in Book 1529 at Page 297 .
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following votes
