Dear Mr. Webster:
I am pleased to announce the award of a $7,000,000 allocation from the
Statewide Private Activity Bond issuance authority pool to Weld County
to assist Dovatron International, Inc.
This allocation is valid until December 23, 1994. If for any reason these
bonds are not issued by this date, please contact this office to relinquish
the allocation.
Award of Private Activity Bond Allocation does not constitute award of
funds from any federal or state program.
Please be aware that you are required to file a copy of Form 8038 with
the Department showing that the bonds have been sold and delivered
within five (5) days after the issuance and delivery.
