RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO PLATTE VALLEY PEST CONTROL DISTRICT
ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Platte Valley Pest
Control District Advisory Board , and
WHEREAS, the Cooperative Extension Service has recommended
that Rich Hergert be appointed to said Board, and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Extension Service, the
Board desires to appoint Rich Hergert to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Rich Hergert be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Platte Valley Pest Control District
Advisory Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
January, A.D. , 1990 .
