Home My WebLink About941180.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE AUTHORIZATIONS TO RECEIVE OIL AND DIRECTION FOR PAYMENT TO TEXACO TRADING AND TRANSPORTATION INC. -W 112, S33, T7N, R60W WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statue and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Texaco Trading and Transportation Inc., P.O. Box 5568, Denver, Colorado 80217-5568, has submitted two Authorizations to Receive Oil and Direction for Payment from leases on the following property: Township 7 North, Range 60 West, 6th P.M. • Section 33: W 1/2 Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, said leases are presently operated by Walsh Production, Inc., and WHEREAS, after consideration, the Board deems it appropriate to approve said authorizations. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Authorizations to Receive Oil and Direction for Payment to Texaco Trading and Transportation Inc. be, and hereby are, approved.
