RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT-S 10 WELD COUNTY BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Meld County -tome
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of -Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Anne -White, District 1 ,
be appointed to said -Board to replace Names L. Adams, with -her
term to expire December 31 , 1-993 , and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Michael Thomas,
Associate Member, be appointed to said Board to replace Grant
Dissette, with his term to expire December 31 , 1992 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Raymond Mora,
District 5; Donald Mason, At-Large; and Ben Slater, Associate
Member, be reappointed to said Board, with their terms to expire
December 31 , 1993 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Barry Sullivan,
At-Large, be reappointed to said Board, with his term to expire
December 31 , 1991 , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint and
reappoint the above named persons to the Weld County Board of
Adjustment, with their terms to -expire as stated above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Anne White and
Michael Thomas be, and hereby are, appointed as members of the
Weld County Board of Adjustment, with their terms to -expire as
stated above.
RE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Raymond Mora, Donald
Mason, _Ben Slater, and Barry Sullivan be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the -Weld County Board of Adjustment, with their
terms to expire as stated above.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adapted by -the following vote on the 19th -day of

Please add the following appointments/reappointments to the Commissioners'
Wednesday, December 19, 1990, agenda:
Weld County Board of Adjustment
Anne White will replace James L. Adams (District 1) , who has served the
maximum length of time. Her term will expire 12/31/93.
Michael Thomas will replace Grant Dissette (Associate Member) who is
resigning mid-term. His term will expire 12/31/92.
The following people need to be reappointed with terms to expire 12/31/93:
Raymond Mora (District 5) , Donald Mason (At-Large) , and Ben Slater (Associate
Member) .
Barry Sullivan (At-Large) will be reappointed with a term to expire 12/31/91.
The one year appointment will correct staggering of at-large terms.
