of Section 11 to the Southerly extension of an existing fence line marked by a#5 rebar with a yellow plastic cap L.S.

to AZALEA FARMS, LIMITED by warranty deed recorded in Book 931 at Reception No. 1852633, recorded March
18, 1981 marked by a#5 rebar with a yellow plastic cap L.S. 13482; Thence S89°33'38"E 21.50 feet to the Northeast
corner of said tract conveyed to AZALEA FARMS, LIMITED and the East line of said West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4
of Section 11 marked by a#5 rebar with a 2" diameter metal cap; Thence S00°21'19"W 2630.97 feet along said East

asked to appear before the Board of County Commissioners at a public
hearing. You will be informed of the hearing date prior to the bearing.

SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION STATEMENT
AZALEA FARMS/OLSON PROPERTY
PART OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECT. 11, T2N, R68W
This Subdivision Exemption Application is for adjustment of the
common property line between Azalea Farms and the Olson property
to the existing fence line location. The fence is located to the west
of the deeded line between the properties and the historical use of
the strip of land between the deed and fence lines is agricultural in
conjunction with farming activities on the Olson parcel.
The purpose of proposing that the land strip be conveyed to Olson is
to avoid any future possession claim and to establish a non-
challangeable boundary for the proposed Flatiron Structures
Company/Azalea Farms Planned Unit Development Plats.
Land area involved in the exemption is 0.9 acres of a total 114.5
acres for both properties.
