RE: APPROVE INCREASE IN PETTY CASH FUND FOR THE BUILDINGS AND
GROUNDS DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Buildings and Grounds Department has requested
that its petty cash fund be increased from $100 .00 to $200 . 00 , and
WHEREAS, the Comptroller of Weld County and the Director of
Finance and Administration have recommended that said petty cash
fund be increased to $200 .00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the petty cash fund
for the Buildings and Grounds Department be, and hereby is,
increased from $100.00 to $200 . 00.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
April, A.D. , 1990 .
