Dear Commissioner Webster:
We wish to take a moment of your time to say "thank you" for all the time and
energy given to the minor subdivision hearing on Mountain View Estates proposal.
We were impressed with your cooperation with all the parties involved.
We believe that the applicants were intimidating and insubordinate to a process
that has worked for a long time: a public hearing. We are aware of their probable
intention to pursue this in court and we hope you will follow through as far as possible
in upholding your decision. Please let us know if there is any way we and others who
wish this decision to be upheld can be supportive.
