Enclosed is a copy of the Statement from the Windsor Beacon
regarding a balance due and owing for the publication of the notice
on the Vacation of the Certificate of Designation hearing for the
Eaton Landfill . The applicant in all planning matters is
responsible to pay for the cost of publication. Therefore, I
