RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING DUST BLOWING COMPLAINT - 522, T8N, R64W
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been received a dust blowing complaint for property
located in the SE* of Section 22, Township 8 North, Range 64 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said property being owned by John P. and Patricia A. Cullen, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on May 18, 1992, at which time
the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to May 27, 1992, to allow
the West Greeley Soil Conservation Service adequate time to respond to the
complaint.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to May 27, 1992,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of May, A.D. , 1992.
