NOTICE
IN THE MATTER OF THE ORGANIZATION OF
THOMPSON RIVERS PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT,
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
ALL INTERSTED PERSONS WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
A Petition for the formation and organization of a
special district to be known as Thompson Rivers Park And
Recreation District has been filed with and is now pending in this
Court .
A general description of the boundaries of the proposed special
district , which lies entirely within Weld County, Colorado, is as
follows :
THE PROPOSED AREA BOUNDARIES FOLLOW THOSE OF RE-5J
SCHOOL DISTRICT LYING WITHIN WELD COUNTY AND INCLUDES
THE INCORPORATED MUNICIPALITIES OF JOHNSTOWN AND
MILLIKEN. THE EXACT DESCRIPTION IS SET FORTH IN THE
PETITION ON FILE WITH THE COURT.
The purpose of the proposed special district will be to provide
recreational facilities for said area of Weld County thru
anticipated revenues and expenditures over the coming years .
The Court has Ordered that hearing of such Petition will be held
on Monday the 13th day of June , 1994 , at the
hour of 3:30 o ' clock p, .M. in Division I of this Court,
located at the corner of 9th Avenue and 9th Street , Greeley,
Colorado, 80631 .
The owner of any real property located within the proposed special
district may file a Petition with this Court stating reasons why
such property should not be included within the proposed special
district and requesting that said real property be excluded from
the proposed special district . Such Petitions for exclusion shall
be verified, shall describe the property to be excluded, and must
be filed with this Court not later than ten ( 10 ) days prior to the
hearing date as set forth within this notice .

And Recreation District having been filed in this Court on the
11th day of M y , 1994 , pursuant to CRS 32-1-301 .
THE COURT ORDERS that said Petition be , and it hereby is , set for
hearing on Monday , the 13th day of June
1994 , at the hour of 3.40 o ' clock p M. in Division I of
this Court, which hearing day is not less than 20 nor more than 40
days after the filing date of such Petition.
THE COURT FURTHER ORDERS that the Clerk of this Court shall give
notice as required by CRS 32-1-304 .
THE COURT FURTHER ORDERS THAT Petitioner post bond in the amount
of $200. 00 with the Clerk of this Court.
