RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING VACATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY - WELD COUNTY ROAD

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request for vacation of
right-of-way for Weld County Road 23. 75 being further described as part of
Sections 25 and 36, Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on September 30, 1992, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to October 14,
1992 at 9:00 a.m. , to allow the County Attorney's staff adequate time to research
the matter, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing on October 14, 1992, the Board deemed it advisable
to continue said matter to October 21, 1992 at 9:00 a.m. , to allow County staff
time to acquire the necessary legal documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter will be reconsidered by the Board on October
21, 1992 at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of October, A.D. , 1992.
