RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER GORDON E. LACY TO WELD
COUNTY MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner Gordon E.
Lacy be reappointed to represent the Board of County Commissioners
on the Weld County Municipal Airport Authority, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint
Commissioner Gordon E . Lacy to said Board, with his term to expire
December 31 , 1990 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Commissioner Gordon
E. Lacy be, and hereby is , reappointed to the Weld County
Municipal Airport Authority, with his term to expire December 31 ,
1990 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
January, A.D. , 1990 .
