WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on August 24, 1994, a Show Cause Hearing was conducted to consider revocation of Special Review Permit #690, issued to Ed Loloff/Loloff Construction, Inc. , 145 3rd Street, Kersey, Colorado 80644-0518, and WHEREAS, Ed Loloff is the owner of the facility located on property described as part of the SE,' NW!, SI NE,' NW! of Section 4, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, at said hearing on August 24, 1994, the Planning staff advised the Board that the property is substantially in compliance, and WHEREAS, after hearing all testimony presented, the Board deemed it advisable to dismiss said Show Cause Hearing. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Keith Schuett and Barry Kramer, Planning Department representatives, were present. Mr. Schuett said staff recommends the hearing be vacated because the property is substantially in compliance. Responding to questions from the Board, Mr. Schuett explained the buildings in violation have been removed and the plat and the fees for the Amended USR have been submitted. (Let the record reflect that Commissioner Harbert is now present. ) No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
