RE: SET HEARING DATE FOR WINDSOR SHORES LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated May 15, 1991, the Board did approve the
request of Windsor Shores, c/o Larry B. Eckel, for a Site Specific Development
Plan and Special Review Permit for a private recreational facility (boating and
camping) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, and
WHEREAS, on August 28, 1991, the Board deemed it advisable to set September
18, 1991, as the date to consider the creation of a law enforcement authority for
said Special Review Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that September 18, 1991, at 10:00 a.m. , be, and hereby is, set
as the hearing date to consider the creation of Windsor Shores Law Enforcement
Authority.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of August, A.D. , 1991.

Submot. Hearing Date for Windsor Shores Law Enforcement Authority
The County Attorney's staff has presented a draft Resolution concerning
the creation of a law enforcement authority for Windsor Shores to this
office. It is recommended that the Board set the hearing date as
September 18, 1991, at 10:00 a.m.
