AND BEVERLY TROSTEL WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 5th day of January, 1994, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Thomas G. and Beverly Trostel, 9885 Weld County Road 11, Longmont, Colorado 80501, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a single family dwelling on a lot less than the minimum lot size in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit: Part of the Ez NW* and a portion of the NE* of Section 9, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, at said hearing on January 5, 1994, said applicant was not present, and WHEREAS, the Planning staff advised the Board that the applicant's sign had not been posted in a timely manner, and WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to January 12, 1994, to allow the applicant adequate time to post the necessary sign. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Greg Thompson, Planning Department representative, recommended this matter be continued due to the sign not being posted in a timely manner. No public testimony was offered concerning the continuance of this matter. Commissioner Baxter moved to continue the request of Thomas G. and Beverly Trostel for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a single family dwelling on a lot less than the minimum lot size in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to January 12, 1994, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Hall, and it carried unanimously.
