RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #1393 - JOED CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Recorded Exemption #1393 by the
Joed Corporation, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on February 19, 1992, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter three weeks to allow
the Joed Corporation adequate time to resolve road right-of-way problems, explore
Subdivision and PUD options, and contact neighboring property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter will be reconsidered by the Board on March 11,
1992, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of February, A.D. , 1992.
