Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Greg Thompson, Planning Department representative, stated the applicants faxed a letter last evening requesting a continuance because they are unable to attend today's hearing. Mr. Thompson stated the applicants can attend a continuance hearing on either August 10 or 17, 1994. The applicants were not present or represented, and no public testimony was offered concerning the continuance of this matter. Commissioner Harbert moved to continue the request of Anthony and Amy Baker, aka Lucky Gate Company, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for an Industrial Use (manufacturing and sales of steel gates and panels) to August 17, 1994, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Baxter, and it carried unanimously.
