HomeMy WebLinkAbout910404.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT FOR A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNIT ON A LOT UNDER THE MINIMUM LOT SIZE IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - WENDY A. DYER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on the 8th day of May, 1991, the Board heard the request of Wendy A. Dyer for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a single family dwelling unit on a lot under the minimum lot size in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Planning Department staff recommended the Board continue said matter to May 15, 1991, at 10:00 a.m. , due to sign posting problems, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it appropriate to continue said matter to May 15, 1991. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to consider the request of Wendy A. Dyer for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a single family dwelling unit on a lot under the minimum lot size in the A (Agricultural) Zone District be, and hereby is, continued to May 15, 1991, at 10:00 a.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of May, A.D. , 1991. DYER A public hearing was conducted on May 8, 1991, at 10:00 A.M. , with the following present: Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy, Chairman Commissioner George Kennedy, Pro-Tem Commissioner Constance L. Harbert Commissioner C. W. Kirby Commissioner W. H. Webster Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Shelly Miller Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison Planning Department representative, Keith Schuett The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated April 15, 1991, and duly published April 25, 1991, in The New News, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Wendy A. Dyer for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a single family dwelling unit on a lot under the minimum lot size in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record. Keith Schuett, Planning Department representative, recommended that this matter be continued to May 15, 1991, due to sign posting problems. Chairman Lacy noted the fact that this matter was heard before the Planning Commission only yesterday, May 7, 1991; however, a preadvertisement request has been approved. Commissioner Kirby moved to continue the request of Wendy A. Dyer for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a single family dwelling unit on a lot under the minimum lot size in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, based on the recommendation of the Planning staff, to May 15, 1991, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Harbert, and carried unanimously. This Certification was approved on the 13th day of May, 1991.
