THIS MATTER coming on to be heard before the Board of
Assessment Appeals on January 11 , 1991 , with James T. McDowell and
Don Clifton being in attendance and this matter having been
presented on stipulated facts,
THE BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS FINDS:
1 . This matter has been properly brought before this
Board on the petition of Petitioner.
2. Petitioner was not represented at the hearing.
3. Respondent was not represented at the hearing .
4. Subject property is described as follows:
GR 2495 L21 TO 24 BLK 51 HUNTERS -- LOCATED AT
1401--9TH STREET, GREELEY, CD 80631 (Weld
County Schedule Number 096106421010)
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The parties to this action entered into a Stipulation, a copy
of which is attached and incorporated as a part of this decision .
In that Stipulation , the parties agreed that the 1990 actual value
of the subject property should be reduced to:

Land $ 41 ,745.00
Improvements $146.752.00
Total $188,497.00
By unanimous vote, the Stipulation was accepted by the Board .
ORDER:
The Respondent is ordered to reduce the 1990 actual value of
the subject property , as set forth above.
The Weld County Assessor is directed to change his records
accordingly .
DATED this 11th day of January, 1991 .
