The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, will
conduct a public hearing at 9:00 A.M. , on Wednesday, February 27, 1991, in
the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, First Floor,
Greeley, Colorado. The hearing is being held pursuant to CRS Section 39-
11-120(3) concerning the loss of Certificate of Purchase 1/1256 issued by
the Weld County Treasurer on or about the 20th day of November, 1987,
concerning Lots 1 & 20 of the Timberline Addition to the City of Evans
pursuant to CRS Section 39-11-117.
The hearing is being requested by the City of Evans as purported
owner of the Certificate of Purchase. Any interested party may appear and
give testimony on the issues of whether or not the City of Evans is the
rightful owner of the Certificate of Purchase #1256 and if same has been
redeemed.
