The farm, when purchased, included an existing one acre tract created in 1970 . I currently have an individual who wishes to purchase the one acre tract but would like to increase the property size by an additional acre to facilitate a small horse setup. Since this particular part of the farm is difficult to irrigate, I would ask for consideration in approving this request.
