RESOLUTION RE, PETITION TO VACATE i CLOSE
COUNTS ROAD BETWEEN SECTIOIS 14.63 A 6+6-62
4 RETURN SECTIONS 12-6-63 A 7-662 GRANTED,
Commissioner Bandon offered the following resolution
and moved its adoption,
WBEREAS, a petition signed by the owners of lands
adjoining the county road between Sections 1-6-43 and 66-62
and between Sections 12-663 and 7-662 requesting that said road
be vaoafed and closed, has been presented to The Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and
NEEREAS. it appears that the assassins* of the public
no longer require a County Road between the said seetions as above
described.
NOW, TERREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ordered
that county road being two miles of road along the section line
between Sectionl, Township 6 "Forth, Range 63.West and Section 6,
Township 6 North, Range 62 West,. and. between Section 12, Township
6 North, Range 63 and Sootiest 7 IMMERI Township 6 North,.Range 62
Weste be and hereby is vacated, abandoned.and Closed.
The motion as seconded by Commissioner Warren NIA

GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necesbAties of the -

we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us
each and severally in hand paid by the said Countybof Weld , the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agrees to give the right of way through
our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for damage by reason thereof.
