RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #1636 - WELD COUNTY SCHOOL
DISTRICT RE-8 AND FULTON IRRIGATION DITCH COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request for Recorded Exemption
#1636, which was submitted by Weld County School District RE-8 and the Fulton
Irrigation Ditch Company, and
WHEREAS, said request is for property which is located in part of the SE*
of Section 19, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, being more particularly described in the plat which shall be provided
by the applicant and known as Exhibit "A", said plat to be recorded, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on August 24, 1994, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to September 7, 1994,
and
WHEREAS, at said hearing on September 7, 1994, the Board deemed it
advisable to continue said matter to September 14, 1994, at 9:00 a.m. , to allow
further time for review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to September 14,
1994, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of September, A.D. , 1994.
