RE: RESCIND RESOLUTION OF OCTOBER 17 , 1990 , CONCERNING DEMOLITION
OF DANGEROUS BUILDING - MILLER
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on October 17 , 1990 , the Board approved a Resolution
authorizing the Purchasing Department to seek bids for the cleanup
and removal of debris from property owned by Norma Miller which
contains a building considered to be dangerous to persons under
the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings , said
property being described as Lot 13 , Block 3 , Town of Hardin, Weld
County, Colorado, located at 33040 Weld County Road 380 , and
WHEREAS, said Resolution also set a hearing date of December
12, 1990 , to consider recovering the cost of the cleanup work, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised by the Department of
Planning Services that said Resolution should be rescinded because
this matter has thus far been handled under the Abatement
procedure, and the Planning Department now desires to handle this
matter under the normal procedure, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to rescind said
Resolution of October 17 , 1990 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Resolution of
October 17 , 1990 , concerning the demolition of a dangerous
building on the abovementioned property owned by Norma Miller be ,
and hereby is, rescinded.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
December, A.D. , 1990 .
